In-home Membership - $100 per month for adults in Wylie, TX or surrounding areas (registration fee - $10 per member)

Children under 18 are only - $25 per month with adult membership (registration fee - $10 per child)

Televisit Membership - $50 per month for adults anywhere in Texas (registration fee - $10 per member)

Children under 18 are only - $25 per month with adult membership (registration fee - $10 per child)

One time televisit - $65 (No registration fee)

One time In-Home visit - $125 (No registration fee)
